Cancellation Policy
Packages: Semi-Deluxe & Deluxe available; Budget package excludes luxury amenities. Meals provided at fixed times, drinking water available in the mess.
Hotels: Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 12 PM. Alternate accommodations may be arranged if needed.
Visa & Flights: Subject to KSA Embassy discretion; visa fees are non-refundable. We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations.
Riyaz Ul Jannah Permits: Obtained via the NUSUK app.
Payments: Any currency fluctuations must be settled before departure.
Liability: We are not responsible for lost luggage, passports, or delays during peak season.
Ziyarat: Subject to Saudi government regulations.
Transport: Extra seat or luggage upgrades are available at an additional cost.
Legal: Indian laws apply; Delhi courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
